For several years, the singer had to wander in rented apartments. When she met her future husband Sergei Astakhov, she moved to his parents' house. It was located in the city of Khotkovo, in the suburbs.

The family led a modest lifestyle. The mother of the artist's lover at that time was already a pensioner, her father a worker. Sergey Astakhov worked in a taxi. The Christmas tree was then a novice singer, but her income was growing rapidly.
The moment came when the artist was able to afford her own housing. In order not to settle too far from relatives, she and her husband decided to find a plot for building a house nearby.
The Christmas tree did not want to choose a house in a closed cottage village, as Russian celebrities usually do.

Mansion in the city of family and love
It is the logo of the city of Sergiev Posad that is associated with family and love, values that have always been present and developed here. The artist acquired a site that is located on Povarskaya Street, directly opposite the Holy Trinity Sergius Lavra.
The singer herself came up with a project for the future home. The construction process was delayed because the site was in a lowland. Accordingly, to level the territory, the workers had to import soil in large quantities.
Yolki’s husband was personally involved in all work processes related to building a house. Gradually, on an unsightly plot, a luxurious three-story mansion appeared.

The 500 m² red brick cottage has a spacious living room with access to the veranda. The kitchen is quite comfortable. It is on the first floor. The second floor consists of two spacious bedrooms and balconies.
Today all communications have already been made, the windows are glazed. A garage for 2 cars is also attached. The foundation for the future bath is already flooded. In an interview, the singer spoke about her plans for the future. She, in particular, would also like to equip a music studio.

The artist’s neighbors say that small houses with a modest interior in these places are sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
