How was the star mansion built
The appearance of the house in a modern form is the merit of the singer and his wife. It took more than 4 years. It all started with the purchase of land with an unfinished cottage according to the project of the Iranian Jabbar. The Mediterranean architect did not take into account the peculiarities of the Russian climate. Thin walls, the irregular shape of the roof, where snow constantly accumulated, turned out to be unadapted. Lev Leshchenko and his wife Irina quickly became disappointed and decided to rebuild the house.
Redevelopment was not easy. The idea of the conservatory entailed numerous worries. I had to redo literally everything: from the roof to utilities. But perhaps the most fierce debate began when it came to the design and interior design. To this, the star couple had different views and perceptions.

I had to find a compromise on the improvement of the family nest. Then it was decided to split up to decorate the interior. Lev Valeryanovich took responsibility for arranging a billiard room, an office for work and a bar. So to speak, these are male places in the house. Leshchenko is a conservative, a lover of the classic interior, marble trim, columns. Irina preferred the Provence style. A familiar designer helped to realize all the ideas of the spouses. Another attraction of the mansion, the couple consider the garden. It is decorated with graceful arches. Here Irina plants fruits, vegetables, greens, takes care of flowers. Lev Leshchenko prefers not to interfere with his wife's garden work. His responsibilities include lawn care.
The Leshchenko country house impresses with its sophistication, grace, decor, and interior functionality. And all this is the painstaking work of the spouses themselves.
Spouses Leshchenko really dreamed of a gazebo - large, warm, comfortable, in which you can gather guests all year round. A few years ago, the star couple was lucky to participate in the program “Perfect Repair”. The project of the first channel, led by the best designers, tried to ideally fit the place of rest into the overall picture of the cottage.
A clear oriental style, panoramic windows were the latest trends in architectural fashion. The results of the work conquered Lev Leshchenko and his wife Irina.
