In order to purchase a new home, Pavel Priluchny had to get a mortgage. And all because the purchase was not originally planned. The family, at that time consisting of Paul, Agatha, as well as the son of Timothy and the daughter of Mia, had already lived in their own house for 1.5 years.

However, Paul began to think about the third child, and Agatha somehow dreamed of a mansion in Trouville, a commune in France. Then the actor decided to move.

Just at that time, 18 km from Moscow, the cottage village of Trouville was completed. It was created in the spirit of elite French regions of the XIX century - Trouville-sur-Mer and Deauville. In total, there are 54 mansions in the village, fenced off from the rest of the world by a reliable fence.

A forest with perennial trees was left on the territory, a refined park was set up, and an artificial cascade of lakes with a waterfall was made. The key to making the decision was the discount. The standard price of real estate was 284 million rubles, but as part of the action, a new house could be purchased for 115 million. Paul did not hesitate.

The three-story house is located on a plot of 13.3 acres. It is made of brick in three shades: white, pink and soft red. The third floor is the attic, it is crowned with a dark blue roof with many figured skates. On the left side on the second level there is a balcony fenced with a forged designer fence, and a pipe rises above the house. There is a fireplace inside.

Designers did a great job over the exterior of the building. Perhaps the only thing that modernity gives out here is fresh building materials and air conditioning boxes.

And here is the previous house of the family of Priluchny. Its area is 245 square meters, the land area is 14 acres. Now the property is up for sale for 24 million rubles.

On the new site have already managed to create all the conditions for the family. They installed furniture for outdoor recreation, created a children's corner. True, the Priluchnye has not yet shared photos of the updated territory.

Home interior

They tried on the interior as well as on the exterior. The living room, kitchen and rooms were decorated in the Provence style with the addition of art deco and modern. The kitchen was purchased to order. The set is decorated in milky white shades, like the ceiling and some parts of the walls. But in order not to make the interior sterile white, the designers added warm shades.

Several types of natural wood, beige marble and warm electric chandelier candles add coziness. The whole family can be accommodated at the table, and if guests stay in the house, extra places are behind the kitchen island.

The living room is not inferior in decoration. It housed a full-fledged fireplace, for security, fenced with a metal screen. The lamp repeats the style of the chandelier located in the kitchen. Upholstered furniture is correctly selected in white and gray shades, and for a change they are diluted with a scarlet color.

The house has 4 bedrooms. One for Pavel and Agatha, two more for children, the fourth for the actor’s mother, Lyubov Yuryevna. In the new mansion, she will live with the actors, this will allow to look after the children when the husband and wife are on the set. Appearance of the master bedroom:

The couple has not yet shared other photos. It is known that inside the mansion there is still a gym, a swimming pool with two zones (adult and children), as well as a dance floor.

Now 5 people live in the house, including Priluchny’s mother, three pets, and in the near future Pavel dreams of having a second son. Whether the actors will again become closely in the recently acquired mansion, time will tell.
